Here you can find my newer works. I grew more confident in drawing digitally and improved my understanding of light and color, also with the help of James Gurneys "Color and light". I also started my first environmental pieces, but there is a lot of space for improvement in this field. However, now and then I give it another try and every time I improve a little bit. I also did some small animal sketches and bird-studies - I have a soft spot for animals, after all.

2022 was the year I started my programm at HBK Essen and therefore started painting digitally. It was also a year of reviving my artistic skills, since I felt like I did not improve much the past years, only doing some small stuff here and there.

Explore my game prototypes from the
first three Semesters of my Game Art and Design study at HBK Essen.
The first Semester Project was a desktop walking Simulator with autobiographical Elements. The second semester Prototype was a mobile game focussed on mechanics, scripting and animation and the third semester prototype was a VR- and a team project, where I mainly focussed on environmental Design, Worldbuilding and Concept.

Here you can see older illustrations. During that time I mainly worked on visualisations of my Pen and Paper characters like the examples above, or nature studies in Aquarell. I never grew too comfortable with coloured pencils so most of my pencil-artworks stayed uncoloured back then.
